This highly interactive session will arm participants with tools they can use immediately to begin planning their organization’s revenue strategies and tactics. It will include an overview by David Holmes, acting director of the Foundation Center – Cleveland, and revenue planning exercises to help strengthen skills. A Q&A follows with Nancy Osgood, president of The Osgood Group, a management consulting firm that helps nonprofit organizations and socially-focused businesses improve performance, effectiveness, and sustainability. Osgood created the content, tools, and exercises in the Foundation Center's revenue planning seminars presented nationwide. She also consults internationally on revenue planning and diversification.
This session will benefit nonprofit leaders and managers, including executive directors, development directors, other staff, and interested board members.
