Lakeland's Nonprofit and Public Service Center will host the Lake County Youth Summit on Friday, December 4 on the college's main campus, 7700 Clocktower Drive, Kirtland, 44094, in building A room 2100. During the mid-day session of the Summit (11:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.), organizations are invited to share their volunteer opportunities with educators and students from across Lake County. There is no cost to send a representative, exhibit organizational materials, or meet with prospective youth volunteers. Schools and districts that will be represented include Madison, Perry, Riverside, Harvey, Mentor, Kirtland, Eastlake North, Willoughby South, and Lake Catholic. The list of participating nonprofit organizations continues to grow. To reserve a table and/or place an ad in the program call 440-867-5390. The Lake County Youth Summit is sponsored by Lakeland Community College, the Lakeland Nonprofit and Public Service Center, Crossroads, Lake County ADAMHS Board, and Leadership Lake County.
