The Lakeland Nonprofit and Public Service Center will host a community conversation about creating civic partnerships that will benefit and improve area communities.
“Together Ohio: People, Partnerships, & Possibilities” is slated for Monday, October 19 from 1 - 2:30 p.m. on the college's main campus in building A room 2100. Networking and sign-in begin at 12:30 p.m.
Featured presenters are Greg Landsman, director of the Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives, and State Representative Lorraine Fende (District 62).
The Ohio Governor’s Office of Faith-Based and Community Initiatives serves as a central point of contact for community groups, nonprofit organizations, and government agencies interested in forming public-private partnerships to meet needs, deliver services, and solve community problems.
