Adults interested in earning a degree in two years are invited to attend Lakeland Community College’s Adult Accelerated Program information sessions on Tuesday, June 9 and Wednesday, July 15 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the main campus in Kirtland.
Lakeland’s Adult Accelerated Degree Program is designed for busy adults age 24 or older who wish to complete an associate’s degree in two years. Classes are offered in the evenings during the week and on Saturday’s. Most classes meet for five weeks. Students can earn an Associate of Arts degree or an Associate of Applied Business degree in general management.
“It is never too late to return to the classroom to take the next step in your life,” said Barbara Friedt, director of the Accelerated Degree program at Lakeland.
