He has completed seven of the eight residence courses in the FEMA/EMI Certified Master Trainer Program conducted at the National Emergency Training Center.
InformationLee is Program Director and a Professor for both the Fire Science Technology and the Emergency Management Planning and Administration programs here at Lakeland. He often also teaches one section of POLS 2100 State and Local Government.

Lee is also a current Special Topics Instructor for the Ohio Peace Officer Training Academy and a former special topics instructor for the Ohio Division of Emergency Medical Services.

He has attended many Fire, EMS, and Emergency Management graded exercises as a participant, observer, and/or evaluator.
