Two Lakeland paralegal students receive scholarships
Date: Tuesday, November 3, 2009 - Thursday, December 31, 2009
Email: geith@lakelandcc.edu
Description: Two current Lakeland paralegal students have received partial scholarships from the Cleveland Association of Paralegals.

Sarah Latta and Benjamin Pogany, students in Lakeland's paralegal program, both recently received notification of partial scholarships from the Cleveland Association of Paralegals for their continuance of their education. They had submitted an application form and an essay for the Joy King Scholarship sponsored by the organization.

The Cleveland Association of Paralegals offers its members many benefits including networking, job position opening postings, and affiliations with such organizations as the National Federation of Paralegals and the local Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association. In addition to networking opportunities the organization provides information on current issues impacting the paralegal profession.

Other scholarship funding opportunities may be available to students. Please contact Financial Aid to learn more.
